All items are usually sourced from our warehouse and dispatched within 48 hours (on business days). If an item is out of stock, we will notify you via phone call or SMS with the earliest dispatch date.

Exchange Policy

Lumia offers a 7-day exchange policy, provided the item is returned in its original condition:

  • The product must be in its original packaging.
  • The seal must be intact.
  • The packaging must not be tampered with.

Please note: Items bought during a sale cannot be exchanged unless the item received is incorrect.

How to Exchange an Item

Email us at lumiaofficial0@gmail.com with your order number, reason for exchange, and item details. Send the product back to us in its original packaging and sealed condition. Once received, we will dispatch the replacement item. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.

Returns Policy

Lumia will offer a refund (in the form of a credit voucher) or a replacement for any faulty or damaged items.

If you change your mind, products may be returned under these conditions:

  • The item must be unopened and unused.
  • The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Proof of purchase must be included.

Refunds for online payments will be processed within 2–3 days after we receive the returned product.

How to Return an Item

Send an email to lumiaofficial0@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product (if damaged). Return the item in its original sealed packaging. A store credit voucher equal to the product value will be issued after receiving the return.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel an order, please notify us immediately. Most orders are processed within 24 hours, so timely communication is important.
